Ground Source Heat Pump

Ground source heat pumps (GSHPs) represent energy-efficient and renewable solutions harnessing free heat from the ground. Ideally suited for properties on larger plots, GSHPs boast efficiency levels of up to 400%, contributing to a reduced carbon footprint and lower energy bills. Extracted heat from the ground serves dual purposes: heating and hot water. This heat is distributed to radiators or underfloor heating systems, with any excess stored in a hot water cylinder. The stored hot water becomes readily available for use in showers, baths, and taps.
